The Lansdowne Residence landscape is a complete landscape renovation of a 0.5 acre property in the Uplands neighbourhood of Oak Bay. MDI worked closely with the client to transform a purely ornamental yard into a landscape that is both beautiful and provides functional outdoor spaces for entertaining, growing food, and living. Aesthetically, the new landscape brings harmony to the property, both complementing the existing architectural finishes and visually anchoring the home within the site. Custom-designed site features include entry feature wall, granite vegetable planters, fireplace, greenhouse base, bluestone patios, hot tub wood deck surround, fencing, and wood gate.
